Five Leaves hosts the Nottingham Pagan Book Club, a reading group for those interested in Pagan literature, both modern and classical. The group is open to anyone who would like to discuss books from a pagan perspective, be they long-time pagans or just curious about exploring pagan spirituality. 

Ithell Colquhoun was a mid 20th century artist, writer and occultist. Her art was deeply influenced by her occult studies and her relationship with the land. Although this book is not a pagan or occult text per se, it gives a window into how a deep relationship to the land and the folk traditions of a place can speak to a magically minded individual. We will use the book to frame a conversation about how our own special places inform and guide our magical practice or pagan spirituality.
